Creating your own hat

1. Stop by the shop and browse our ready to wear hats. We keep about 150 custom hats in various sizes and colors that can all be re-shaped, re-styled and even re-sized! These can be brought home same day. Most of these hats have shape and style but that can be changed. These are all one of a kind.

2. Stop by the shop or call for a video appointment and design your own hat from scratch and have us build it for you! This process takes about 15 minutes to 1 hour to measure and design. We will measure your exact head shape with a tool called a conformateur if you can make it into our shop. This gets your exact head shape. We then cut a wood disc from that to help get a perfect fit! This helps when we have to ship a hat. If ordering a hat and you cant make it to the shop you may need to have it adjusted locally. We can rush custom orders in as quick as two weeks for a fee. Normal production time ranges from 2-4 months to 3-5 months

3. Check out our collection of hats that we have available on our webstore. These can all be reshaped and restyled if needed. We can go three sizes bigger or one size smaller. Check out our sizing guide.
